With Xero what happens if I enter the invoice in the currency of GBP but the mandate is setup for EUR?  Does it do the conversion or just collect the GBP amount as EUR?

I have a student accommodation company in the UK and would like to offer EUR payments for rent

Hi Eddie, thanks for watching! 

You would need to raise the invoice in the customer's currency. In this case, as it's a SEPA mandate (set up for EUR payments), the invoice would have to be in EUR and we will then convert it into your home currency (GBP).

Is it possible to not covert the international currency.
E.g. I am a business based in the UK and my business has got USD account through Wise/Transferwise with US based routing number and account number. 
Would I be able to use Go Cardless in this scenario? In a way this is not an international payment, as Wise has opened an account on behalf of me in Newyork. 

In this case, if my customer pays $100 from USA, what amount would I get in my USD account?

Can you Charge in your native currency (UK) and receive The corresponding amount in the international currency. or do you have to calculate the difference for the cost of your services and charge in the international currency.
